Gigi’s was born from the story of Giza Mayorga — a first-generation single mom from Guatemala with a dream as bold as her flavor. After years working in some of the top Latin restaurants across the country, Giza returned to Texas to build something of her own: a place where culture meets craft, and every detail drips with intention.
What started as a vision has become a full-blown vibe — an upscale bar and brunch lounge where Latin soul sets the tone, the cocktails come with a story, and the nights feel like poetry in motion.
Gigi’s is more than a bar. It’s a celebration of resilience, rhythm, and the women who make magic from the ground up.

Our live DJ turns up every Friday for Noche de Despecho at 9 PM, Saturday for Latin Nights at 9 PM and Sunday during Brunch & Beats at 12 PM.
Gigi’s has no cover charge. We love keeping the vibe open and flowing. Everyone is welcome.
We only encourage upscale casual on our Friday and Saturday nights. Dress to impress, vibe with style. No shorts, no flip-flops, or excessively athletic wear.
Yes! Free garage parking is available just around the corner from Gigi’s. There’s also plenty of street parking. We recommend arriving a little early on weekends to grab a good spot to enjoy the vibe.
Yes, of course. Families and little ones are welcome during our regular business hours. We’re open Monday through Friday at 4 PM, Saturdays at 2 PM and Sundays at 11 AM. Please note: Gigi’s becomes 21+ only on Friday and Saturday nights after 9 PM to keep the late-night vibe chic, grown and mature.
